My husband tried to make an appointment as a new patient at this place and the receptionist was so unprofessional on the phone. She sounded rude and intimidating as if he was bothering her. He told her dont worry there's other eye doctors in town and hanged up. He found a different eye doctor.

The receptionist at this place is the absolute worst. I called this morning trying to get a same day appointment because my eye was swollen shut and she literally laughed at me for asking. I understand not having availability, but to be laughed at is unacceptable. When she realized it was a medical appointment and asked my symptoms, she offered me an afternoon appointment which I did not accept. Who would want to go to a place you get laughed at.

I had a really pleasant experience after being referred here by my PCP for eye pain. The staff and the doctor were all kind and helpful. I had a little bit of a wait, about 45 mins to see the doctor however for the amount of patients in there, they were moving pretty quickly.
