He arrived promptly to diagnose our broken AC, and took extra time to make sure the job was done properly and thoroughly. He was also very kind and patient in explaining the issue and the repair process. East Bay Heating and Cooling was extremely professional and quick to install. They were quick to answer any questions I had, and went above and beyond with customer service. About 6 months after the install, i did notice a slight noise coming from the furnace and east bay came out to help troubleshoot without charging anything. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Exceptional customer service.
