I love to honor those that do right, that's why I almost never write reviews like this but due to the circumstance I felt compelled. I am a corporate flight attendant and recently was in Woodstock UK. I fell down a flight of stairs in a narrow old steep stairwell the morning of our departure to Scotland. Dragging my bag and wearing little heels and my uniform I went tumbling. Big bruises but no broken bones. I got home Sunday at about noon local. My back was screaming at me! I soaked in a warm tub and took anti-inflammatory (OTC)drugs. My husband and I moved here to Cle Elum in 2016, but I have not given up my chiropractor in kirkland but being proactive, I went into east cascade chiropractic about 6 months ago to fill out new patient paper work. Sunday I sent an email to the office in hopes of being able to come in Monday morning. My husband and I walked in inquiring about seeing Dr Jesse. I was told that the earliest I could be seen was Wednesday. I started to cry and said "please don't make me drive to Kirkland, I'm in a lot of pain!" I got a shrugged shoulder and head tilt and a "I'm sorry we can't help you, not until Wednesday at the earliest." What happened to the Hippocratic oath? I left your office in tears. Luckily I found a new office down the street and the Dr saw me crying in the car waiting for the office to open and she invited me in. Silver lining? I have a new chiropractor and friend. My back was so screwed up she was amazed I was even moving. On the road to recovery!! Please don't ever turn anyone away, especially when they are clearly in pain and are crying. I know that Dr Jesse is a good chiropractor, but the front desk needs some empathy training
