Overall good experience and no real hassle. Was able to quickly get a solid price and worked with me to find the car I wanted and arrange to get it there, while I got a loaner of the same car in the meantime. This was key since it was a surprise for my wife and I wanted to have her come home and see the new car in the driveway. My only critique was that it was not a fast process in any way. There was little debate on pricing and it was a cash purchase, but still took a couple of hours.
