We have many heavy duty 1 ton work trucks and 1 of our fleet trucks happened to get a massive sharp rock stuck in between the dually rear tires, East Valley Auto Care happened to be down the road from our jobsite in Puyallup Washington and got us in for service fast, had our truck lifted and tires off and sharp rock out within 30 minutes saving us a least $700 on having to replace these new tires already on the new truck plus rotation, Big Thankyou to the nice friendly office staff and everyone in the shop putting in hard experienced shop work and effort to get my trucks back out on the road to service our commercial clients Thankyou and we will be working with them to service our trucks monthly nice to learn of small quality shops that are educated and professional

I did not go here because they charge $150 just to diagnos your car!! Other places dont charge. So not sure how they conduct their business.

I truly appreciate the effort that the staff put in to make sure that my vehicle runs properly. They have always been transparent and made sure to contact me prior to repairing the identified damage/error. I definitely appreciate them putting in some over time at one point when I mentioned that I needed the vehicle to be fixed on the same day. I give the staff major kudos because there’s only two of them working and they made sure that they can accommodate all of their customers and provide them with good quality service!
