I renovated an entire home and wanted only the best appliances to go in it. I have been to several other appliance venues, and had not been impressed.
Not only were the appliances of exquisite quality, but every person who worked there was knowledgeable and interested in my learning, subtle differences between models and brands. I purchased my appliances with confidence that I knew why I was buying them amd what I could expect in using them
One of the appliances, a Bosch refrigerator , needed to be put on hold for several months . I was told that my refrigerator might be “borrowed“, if another purchaser came in sooner, because there was no problem with supplies. When the time came for delivery to be sat, Bosch itself had run into problems, and the delivery couldn’t happen on time.
Unbidden, Thom, the owner, offered to upgrade my refrigerator, at no cost, so the delivery could occur on time.
Every day , when I open my refrigerator- and that happens many times a day!- I think of Thom, and his company and it’s values. This is truly a company that offers not only expertise, quality appliances , but also places customer service as their first priority . I will be a customer for life with Eastbank contracting appliances.
