Front staff ladies very rude. The lady also joked with my son that if he wished for Santa to bring him front teeth ,how is that even funny. I came in today for my appt and staff in the front were just standing around talking not acknowledging that I'm standing there waiting for them to help me. They dont have any manners. Also for my appt I made it at 10 had the letter they gave me with the appointment time. Get a call a day prior saying that my appointment was at 9. I'm like no I have the letter for proof not my fault you guys made the mistake.

I was denied at a young age, my mom tried to get me services when I really needed it and now I’m homeless. I was suppose to get help, and they discriminated against me because I looked “normal”
