Do not put your loved ones here! They're always short staffed, having one person taking care of thirty patients. They can't afford to pay a decent wage nor can they fire horrible employees who call out constantly or sleep during "work". The poor personel that work here are directed by several failing managers and are neglecting to pay overtime. Surprised they haven't shut down yet.

This place was a little better pre-pandemic, but now it is terrible. The facility is short-staffed and there is a lot of turnover of personnel. Currently there isn't even a manager in charge. Medication is administered haphazardly, sometimes to the wrong person. There is no maintenance or cleaning staff at this time. It is difficult or impossible to get transportation arranged through the facility for medical visits. When I made some appointments for my mom for doctor visits, they got canceled by staff who deemed the appointments not medically necessary. My mother moved out last weekend because of lack of services.
