I recently had interacting with Eastman , and I must say that their customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I have a Eastman mandolin M305, couple of months ago I started notice dent on the surface, brought it to our local store, but was told it’s hard to fix and going to take very long time. Not knowing what to do I tried to contact the Eastman customer support team, I was met with a level of professionalism and warmth that instantly put me at ease, send my questions and pictures of the mandolin, their team responded promptly to my emails and asked me to send it to them. Their attention to detail and willingness to address all my questions thoroughly left me feeling valued as a customer.
They provided me with detailed information about how to send it back, even paid shipping fee. After sometime I heard back that they are replacing my mandolin which totally exceeded my expectation.
