I have been working out under Alina’s guidance at Monthly Women’s Workout group for over a year. Great experience. Very methodical and diligent in planning and execution of every session. She has personally helped me a lot on correcting forms on several exercises which immediately made them very very effective {read hard :) } rightfully and helped get rid of weird pains post session. She’s an inspiration and living example of strong is beautiful. Plus she’s my 12 year old nephew’s favorite coach. She’s good with elders and youngsters alike to help them lead a healthy life.
