Recently purchased a 2003 VW Eurovan Weekender for outdoor adventuring. We originally contacted Glenn and the team at Eastside Autoworks regarding a pre-purchase inspection, and while we ended up not going through with it due to timing Glenn still helped us look over the van's information to get a sense of whether it was worth the purchase.
We've since taken the van in for an overhaul and couldn't be happier with the service. Everyone there is clearly a VW enthusiast, really knowledgeable about Eurovans and all repairs. Glenn gave us an overview of what needed to be done on the van alongside priorities, which helped us plan out repairs. Prices were good and the service fantastic, with the whole team coming out when we picked up our van to tell us about it. A great bunch of professionals. Our Eurovan has since been on road trips to California and coastal Oregon / Washington, without any issues whatsoever. Will happily take it back there for service!
Update after ~ 9 months: our van is still running strong thanks to Eastside's help. Another CA road trip under its belt, surf excursions to the coast, and not a problem in sight. The team helped us address some lingering priority maintenance issues just before the holidays, which was really appreciated. Service is always with a smile (behind the masks), and the whole process is very safe thanks to all the covid precautions. Top notch place, would not take my Eurovan anywhere else!
