Beth is an excellent teacher. She is helping me recover from a shoulder & ankle injury, and I continue to have increased range of motion with better overall body balance the more sessions we complete. She understands the aspects of taking it slow due having to recovered from injuries herself.

After my hip surgery, I noticed that there was a strength and movement imbalance between my left and right side. Pilates was mentioned as a workout that might be beneficial and Eastside Pilates was specifically recommend as a place to go. In the time I have been doing Pilates with Beth, I have already noticed improvements in my body awareness as well as my strength. I have also incorporated what I have learned from Beth to help correct imbalances during all of my workouts. Beth is a great instructor - informative, responsive and caring at the same time. I can’t recommend Eastside Pilates and Beth enough.

Whether you're a seasoned Pilates pro or a curious beginner, Beth provides clear and concise instructions, offering modifications and personalized attention to ensure proper form and maximum benefit. And the results come quick, after only a few sessions I was noticeably stronger and was no longer stiff when I woke up. After 3 years the sessions are still fresh, my body is still improving and the time spend enjoyable.
