Jake in the service department did an incredible job, he had to deal with me, my boyfriend and my dad... all of us with lots of questions and very little patience. Definitely go to see him for service, he made sure things got done asap, he explained everything super well, he genuinely cared that we understood what happened. Took my car here for 40k maintenance. Paid too much money for them to say all i needed was an oil change and air filter change. Guess what? Couple months after this “40k maintenance” I need to change my rotors, feels like the sort of thing you catch at a 40k. Service desk also somehow kept using my phone number to contact other customers about their appointment?? I have been sporadically getting texts to confirm other people’s appointments and their car being ready Parts department was nice though.
