I just had an oil change at Easy Automotive. How can something so simple go so wrong. I called over a week before I got an appointment asking for 11 a.m. but the office manager told me 11:30 would be better. When I arrived 15 minutes early I was told that I would have to wait until after the workers returned from lunch before they could do the oil change. Why would the manager tell me to bring my car in at 11:30 if I had to wait until after their lunch at 1p.m.? Also, I had called an hour before my appointment and was told they were on schedule. Rather than wait all that time I rescheduled for another day which meant that I had wasted my time and gas. The manager told me he would make it right for me when I returned which turned out not to be true.
When I returned he charged me $67.88 for a simple oil change and took almost an hour to do it.
A few weeks ago one of my family members took his car to Easy Automotive where the entire air conditioning system was replaced. When he was driving the car home he kept waiting for the cool air to come through which never did. He had to take the car back and the office manager again said he would make it right. One would think that the workers would have tested it out before releasing the car back to the customer. By the way the office manager did not recompense for the time and gas wasted by having to bring the car back.
