This shop gave me the best experience I could ask for - they were transparent, professional, timely, and had great communication.
As a single woman I am hesitant about where I take my car in as I know some shops will see me as an opportunity to upsell and be intentionally dishonest or misleading regarding services needed. Immediately as you walk in there is a menu listing prices for services and the woman who helped me was transparent about pricing and made things easy for me to understand.
I went in Thursday an hour before close for a consultation, and dropped off my car the next morning. They had my car ready to go within a few hours! They also have an automated message system that sends texts reminding you of your appointment time, a breakdown of your estimate, and when your vehicle is ready to pick up.
The woman who was customer facing (I think her name was Juline) was inviting and friendly, and even the small interactions I had with the mechanics they were polite, professional, and they all wore a smile.
Overall this was a great experience and i am happy to support this local, female-owned business. They earned a returning customer today.
I went in for a free 15 minute inspection and I got some of the best inspection service that I could ask for and I got some education. The ladies there have great customer service and I feel like I could talk to Julie. She did an amazing job educating me today. When I got my estimate, the price is very reasonable compared to other shops.
Update: I got my car serviced and Iām truly thankful I found easy street. My car needed fixing asasp and Iām glad I brought it in as recommended. Even though I had a warranty from the dealership, I decided opt In to pay out of pocket because I was so scared to take it back to the dealership I bought my car From. Easy street detected an issue that should have been repaired by the dealership so instead of wasting my time and money on a diagnostic again I decided to do business with easy streets awsome Service. My car loves yall.šš¾. Yes it was a pretty penny spent but it was WELL WORTH IT!
