Took my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee here to re-diagnose what the Larson Jeep service shop could not. The service here at ESAR in Puyallup was great. They worked with me on repair cost, were thorough, and timely. Their method for communicating via text, online quote service, and payment portal is great. Zero complaints and will definitely take my car back should I need anything.

Easy Street Auto was upfront and thorough. I did the booking while my husband had to deal with details as I work nights. They walked him through everything and made sure we both had all the information needed. My car is handling so much better and I feel confident we have found a shop we will continue to use.
I was drawn in by the woman-owned family business and was not disappointed.

Everyone was super helpful, they explained all of what they were going to do in great detail and searched for quite a while for a part that they didn’t happen to have in stock. Very reasonable pricing. They even vacuumed the inside of my car! I’ll definitely be coming back here for future services.
