I highly recommend this towing company, despite the fact that there was a scheduling mixup for my tow. After everything got straightened out, the technician was timely, courteous, professional, and very efficient. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m., he arrived at 10:07, and he had my Jeep loaded and on the road at 10:35. Customer service personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Excellent experience!

Called for lock out service in a very time sensitive moment. Waited 2 hours for the very kind driver to show up with ticket for a tow truck and no lock out tools. He left and said he would be back in 15 minutes. Waited another 20, called and checked in- was told there would be another 40 minute wait. The technician was very sweet and also unfortunately not wearing a mask. I cancelled my service and called another business to help me.

Triple A would not tow my truck because of a blanket clause Being my truck being lifted 6". So I called an outside company EB Towing. My truck was towed from a shop to my house Great service Very polite showed up on time when I was stressed out I recommend this company
