This company is terrible. Avoid them if you can. We had a large claim that they held onto until just after renewal. Then then dropped it on us when it was too late for us to do anything.

Worst customer service ever! How is it that they think that the policy of not answering a call is professional or welcoming. What are they trying to hide? I do not recommend this insurance company! If you want to talk with them they only will talk with you if you fax in a form with a code for you to call back to talk to them. Wasting my time and my paper. Who do they think they are to be too good to talk to a provider?
