EBMEYER CHARTER AND TOUR BUSSES ARE INCREDIBLE!!!
We were on tour with Minico High school choir in Idaho, and our charter bus had broken down. We were literally stranded in the Dennys parking lot with 46 people in and around Victorville, CA for over 10 plus hours. Students were laying on the asphalt, and parents were worried about their kids getting home. Our company couldn't find any available busses to get us home so we truly thought we were stranded.
I made one call to Landon at Emergency Dispatch with EbMeyer... let me tell you these guys were so amazing, within a little over an hour they had 2 incredible drivers Dallon and Bruce that came out to SAVE US!!! They arranged everything with our company, and I can not tell you how impressed we were with their customer service and professionalism.
Using this company was like taking a first class charter bus ride. The bus smelled lovely, was extremely clean, it had outlets at all the seats, and the air-conditioning was perfect! These drivers came in on their time off to save us and shook our hands, helped us load all our bags, and even thanked the other company for using them.
Not only did they save us, but they gave our students the opportunity to see what a QUALITY FIRST CLASS BUSLINE should look like in every way. Even the adults were impressed with them and couldn't stop talking about the differences in service and quality of care. Thank you not only for saving us off the side of the road, but making the entire trip more enjoyable and memorable. You guys are AMAZING and I can't thank you enough!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!!
