When I moved to Tri-Cities I purchased a used baby grand piano from Ebony & Ivory. The salesman was knowledgable and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing a more expensive piano. Purchase included piano moving via Help-U-Move and piano tuning by Randy Hanson. I continue to use those businesses. Cliff was fantastic to work with. Somehow one day my dream piano showed up in his store. He gave me a great trade in value for my old piano and a super price on the new one. I literally could not be happier with him and his store.

We purchased a Steinway Grand for our son, although he did not have a home to place it in, we put this on layaway and Ebony & Ivory, Cliff, were so nice to work with us. Our son, of course, loves this piano and we are grateful we could work this out with Ebony & Ivory. Thank you!
