Nice staff, shoes looked fine. Bought three pair full price shoes, over $500. Two of the three were sewn badly, with wrinkles in the cuff of one pair, and a weird stitching problem in the other. Return them? Within 10 days of purchase? Oh no, not allowed. Store won’t take them, nor will any other ECCO Seller. I had to go the website, get a return label; apply for a “warranty” issue; then agree to wait 4-6 weeks for a reply! Useless! No more ECCOs for me. Don’t bother! No customer service, no standing behind their product. Waste of time and money. Go elsewhere!
Update! Good News: ECCO Warranty Dept replies much faster than expected! Other News: While ECCO Warranty agrees both pairs of shoes are defective, and I have performed all required steps to return them on a timely basis, I will be not be granted a refund, nor a store credit. Adding insult to injury, I will be granted ON -LINE credit only! So I must purchase, sight unseen, without trying on, more shoes from a company that has already proven to produce defective shoes. Don’t waste your time or money!
