The guys were amazing. Friendly, respectful and funny. Steven knew what he was doing and was happy to answer all our questions. The amount of gunk they cleaned from the units was truly amazing. I really don't know how it ran at all. Steven offered to come annually which is something i will definitely be signing up for. He showed me how to use the remotes and information about the inside and outside units that we never knew. Now we know what to watch for and what not to worry about. We can't thank them enough. We highly recommend, call them, you will not be dissapointed.
I had been dreading getting my furnace serviced, as I was expecting to be told I needed to replace my system based on the feedback from last repair tech (from a different company) who had been out a few years ago. Steven quickly put me at ease, patiently explaining what may have been causing the issues and one part that may need to be replace - not the entire system by any means. Both gentlemen were very professional and attentive, answering questions and making suggestions for systems I may want to consider in the future to have higher energy efficiency. I highly recommend Eco Air NW and Steven -- they're trustworthy and knowledgable. I'll definitely be using them for all of my home energy projects!
