This location is only a warehouse. There is no physical store. The description needs to be changed to indicate that. This business wants your to take a leap of faith, order a mattress, then either have your old mattress hauled away upon delivery or hold onto it in case you decide not to keep their mattress before the 90-day trial period. This whole process seems like a huge hassle and a risk. Additionally, these mattresses aren't cheap. That's way too much faith to ask of anyone.

This is the best bed I have ever owned. Support doesn’t drop off at the edges or change in anyway. Totally uniform. And knowing it’s all natural organic materials is even better. My sister got real sick from a bed she bought on Amazon with synthetic materials. It was cheap but she paid for it. Shoulda got an eco Terra!

Being able to talk to someone on the phone, especially on a Sunday was a huge customer service bonus! Cherrie, the representative was friendly, patient and very helpful answering my questions and concerns about mattress firmness and delivery schedule. Looking forward to receiving my son's new healthy mattress.
