I appreciate that the service man left and rescheduled my service date after I told him he was two weeks early which has happened several times in the past. When he showed up the second time 2 weeks later my husband nor I knew he had been here since he did not ring our doorbell and we had not seen him. We thought he was a no show, but when I sent a message to the office saying he hadn't shown up yet at 3:40 pm and I rec'd a response that he had been here between 9:00 & 9:20. Not sure why he didn't make his presence known. Normally all employees have been courteous and friendly since we've been customers for 5 years. Glad the service was performed in a timely manner.
