Devon was very knowledgeable and he took the time to assess the entire house to best tackle the cockroach infestation. He went over the best treatment plan for us based on our situation and was very thorough as well as professional.

There was a bit of an issue with the contract as the person I spoke on the phone with, Jordan McCoy, said they “normally do 12 month contracts” and that he can “definitely help change it to a 6 month contract.” Jordan said that he would contact the technician and that they would change the contract to a 6 month with “no problem at all.” It turns out Jordan never contacted Devon and EcoGuard doesn’t offer 6 month contracts. Devon tried contacting Jordan to discuss the contract and after a few calls, he finally reached Jordan. Jordan called me a liar and said he never said anything about a 6 month contract which was ridiculous and if anything he was the liar. I can’t believe Jordan is really just lying to customers and telling them what they want to hear. Devon was very calm and professional, and he tried his best to reassure us. He apologized on behalf of Jordan.

Devon really took care of us and I will be requesting him as a technician for our remaining treatments! I finally have some peace of mind at home and I couldn’t be more grateful. Here’s to no more roaches!
