Daniel is the tech that came to our home to do the insect extermination and he is great. The problem I have is with scheduling. I have asked since we began getting the service for 2 days notice before the tech arrives. NEVER have I received that courtesy. Usually I only get one day, which is ok I guess but one time a tech just sowed up without even a call to let me know he was coming. I don't think it's a lot to ask for 48 hours notice but it seems that the scheduler can't seem to get that right or they don't read the notes on my account.

I am very happy with my service from Econex. I am a newer customer and I have seen a dramatic difference this summer in the insects at my house. Their rates are very cheap compared to other larger pest control companies and their customer service has been excellent so far.

After ten years of doing business we have parted ways. Customer Service under the leadership of their manager Dan needs to be schooled on customer relations and retention. Ken Leitch
