The technician showed up and told us our downstairs unit was set to cooling, and the upstairs unit was set to heat. We checked all the units to make sure they were set to heat several times, and hot air was blowing out of the downstairs unit not more than 4 hours earlier. Tech left and upstairs heat still did not work.
After the tech left I called the main office and the tech showed right back up and spent the next 3 hours troubleshooting, finally ordering a new control board which will show up later.
I'm glad Economy re-sent the tech back immediately. The technician was very polite and nice to talk to.
Our heat exchanger in the attic still doesn't work, but at least a part has been ordered.
