Jorge is always efficient, professional, and thorough in providing pest control services. He also has a very friendly attitude and performs his work with little or no supervision and always greets me when he arrives and provides a service update as he leaves.

Our technician guy is Rodrick -- he is good. However, I had a business presentation meeting in the morning so I told Ecoshield that I needed the service to be performed in the afternoon of the schedule day, and to have the technician call 30 minutes before arrival. Rodrick did not call at all before arriving and he came in the morning -- just as my presentation was about to start, so I had to delay it! I do not know if this was due to miscommunication from the Ecoshield office or negligence on Rodrick's part, but it messed up my work this time! The company needs to do better about this.

Gorge was very thorough with removing all webs and other bug debris. He greeted me cheerfully and courteously. Overall great job.
