My Question- Why Have Online Account if EDD will not use it? I have been Caregiving for my Mother who has had a Hip Replacement. Filed my Claim on November 15, Been Out of Work since Nov 12, Everything on my Contact Info said to Contact me Via Email and Online Account (Because I'm at my Mother's House) Trying to Contact EDD is Difficult at Best, They Don't answer Phone, And Don't have Email to send info..Apparently there was Glitch in my Paperwork, They sent it to My PO Box 2 Hours Away. So I finally make the Trip home to get mail. Get the Paperwork, Go to EDD to Give Paperwork, I can only Mail it. So I mail it. Still No Paid Family Leave, Still Can't Contact, If you to look on my Account Paid Family Leave Claim still says Submitted (By my Mother's Dr) and No Correspondence has been sent to my Online Account. It would Be Better if 1) You can Email a Representative 2)If EDD actually put documents Needed on Your Account 3)If they Communicated by your Online Account so you could Access it from where your Are
