The women who answered the phone was very short w me. I gave her the info she requested and she told me my car was not there and then hangs up n on me. So my husband calls and she asks for same Information, which he gives her. When she gets back on the phone she says it's not here, but as he asking her a question.... she hangs up on him. RUDE!!
