Eddy Price's team was a huge disappointment. They said they would handle all of it, and yet we almost did all the work ourselves. They were awfully slow at addressing things, messing up our paperwork, and really unresponsive towards our needs. Now, finally, we have a good agent.

Don't believe the five-star reviews! Eddy Price and his crew were an absolute nightmare. They were unresponsive, made loads of mistakes, acted like they were more interested in getting that sale than really helping us. The entire process has been so stressful and time-consuming. I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

I had a terrible time trying to sell my home with Eddie Price and the Price Home Selling Team. There was absolutely no communication; Every minute, I seem to be looking for him to update me. I overvalued my house, didn't market it properly, and it was the start of some frustrating months. The whole process was so disorganized, and I never felt like my issues were being heard. I would not recommend this team to anyone looking for a smooth real estate transaction. Avoid at all costs!
