The tech is very nice and informative. They haven't been out since October and I am starting to think that they don't come out and check traps during the winter. I do have a couple in the house though.

So great! Came out the same day I called, Rebecca was very kind in explaining all my options. The tech that came out was great, put my wife at ease and did a great job explaining everything and the follow up that would come. I Would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Very professional job and great to schedule with. We had a vacation house and our main residence scheduled on the same day and they had no problem traveling the 40 miles between houses to do them the same day. Our Tech, Don Burkey, was as professional as could be. We now are on a bi-annual treatment on both homes. The best part is the dead spiders lying everywhere!!!
