A friend from out of town sent me some chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday, but used an old address. Edible made several attempts to call and text me and when I got a hold of them, they were gracious enough to promptly deliver to a revised address. They then messaged me again to let me know it was delivered. Great service!

Wow. I decided at the last minute to send my granddaughter a birthday fruit and chocolate arrangement. I needed same day service. I was amazed that Edible Arrangements accepted my order late morning and delivered the arrangement by 4:30 p.m. The feedback from my daughter was that the fruits were really fresh and the strawberries were very good. The presentation was lovely. My grandchildren all loved this treat! I highly recommend them based on the service level and the quality of the product. Thank you Edible Arrangements!!! I have ordered from Edible Arrangements before, but the service was not how like it was today. The store manager really took care of me today, and made sure that she provided me with everything that I needed. I didn't have clue what to order and she was so patient with me.
