UPDATE: I contacted them as they said in the response. They STILL refuse to help me and say that they only see 1 order. There’s only 1 order because I placed one order! But I was charged 2x for that one order and I provided proof of my statement showing so! Horrible customer service, scam business for sure. I would be cautious paying with card and be sure to check your statement if you do, although not likely they would help you anyway.
I was charged twice for my order 1/1/21. I did not notice the double $39.99 charge until doing my taxes in 2022. I called and the representative told me she only sees 1 order. I said, yes that is correct. There is only 1 order but I was charged twice. She said I should dispute with my card company which was annoying because as I told her, then my card company will be contacting you for research so why can't you just help me now? She refused. I called my card company but unfortunately it was too far back to dispute. So I emailed Edible Arrangements with a copy of my order and a copy of my card statement showing I was charged twice and asked how I can be credited. They responded that they only see 1 order and 1 charge. Frustrating! Yes, there was only 1 order but they charged me twice and I'm showing proof! I do understand that it was over a year ago but still they never said that was the issue. The issue is that they refuse to research to see I was charged twice for the same order and ignored my proof! Also, I did respond to their email repeating myself to which they did not reply. Sounds like a scam business to me.
