Dr. Pascual sent a prescription to the pharmacy my insurance didn't cover. The pharmacy contacted the doctors office and never heard back for an alternative topical medication. Front desk and nurses were less than friendly. I regret taking my 7 y/o here for his check-up. Felt cold and unwelcoming. Paperwork takes 7+ days for records that are literally on the card and computer for review and signature. I needed a document for my child's school and they delayed just the same without any sign of care.

Oh lets talk about what you did to my son that is now 14. When he went there your team went behind my back, and gave my son the flu shot. Making me think it was for the other vaccines he needed. I would never in my life give any of my children the flu shot. When i figured it out! Is when my son was diagnosed at 12 with leukemia. Not understanding standing why he would get leukemia Cancer. I went through all my children's shot records every single child. I seen that you guys gave him a flu shot which was written on his vaccine record. I was livid, and called your office. All you said was you singed not our fault. Well i never gave you permission to give that flu shot at all. You're lucky i couldn't sue because i would have. Yes i looked into it. Please everyone be careful with this office, and make sure you read everything before signing.
