I would honestly leave a negative feedback for Dr. Besser and his office staff. First of all his new receptionist had my wife wait over 2 HOuRS!
Receptionist kept assuring us we weee the next patients to be seen. Ended up walking out after 2 HOURS and 15 MINUTES of a complete waste of time!!
I assure you don’t waste your valuable time driving from Palos Verdes neighborhood to see Dr. Besser. Your entire day is literally a COMPLETE WASTE!!

Friendly, Efficient, Professional, Everyone is Smiling, not one mistake was made in my behalf. The Doctor, Dr Besser, is down to earth and pulls no punches. With his explanation of what was to come, it came just like that. Thank you all that were involved in my surgery and the recovery follow ups. Thak you Sonia (the appointment scheduler) for making all this happen in a timely manner. Everyone in that office made my journey a success.

Dr Krivoy is the best! Everyone, so kind and helpful. All of my questions were answered. My cataract surgery was easy and very successful! Can hardly wait till my ext one in a couple of weeks.
