They were okay initially but after loosing my loved one, they became very cold. Being kind is easy, I hope when they deal with that level of hurt, they arent treated as badly as they treated me.

Started with them in 2004 when everything was hunky dory. Then in 2008 when my portfolio went down by more than 60% this advisor dumped me off to the St. Louis call center. No warning no nothing. At the time I was a novice and I realized that the mutual funds they put me into were heavily loaded with fees, expense ratios as high as 5.75%. Ridiculous right. I was in my 20s at the time and doing dollar-cost averaging. I did not panic call. I trusted. And they dumped me off. Needless to say I transferred my funds to Fidelity and closed my accounts with Edward Jones. Now I self-direct. Despite current losses I’m still on track to meet my retirement goals and all no thanks to Edward Jones and Arnetta.
