DO NOT let the name fool you, there is nothing efficient about this biller. Zero follow through.. When we ended our business with him, he refused to return any of our client accounts which is our property per our contract with him or any biller. We have now found out from other doctors in the South Bay area he has done the same to them. Hiring him was the worst decision I have made running this practice in the last 20 years .. BEWARE!!
