Thankfully, Erik came in with his knowledge and expertise letting me know that Sunland follows Los Angeles city's construction laws and regulations. Which made the entire process easy and understandable for us every step of the way. With the completion of our ADU in just 15 weeks with outstanding craftsmanship. EG Modern Construction did an amazing job on my home addition and remodeling in Burbank. They guided me through everything—architect, permits and construction.
