Chuck was a huge help in selling our home in San Carlos. We have been living out of the area for over a year and Chuck made the process seamless in spite of us being remote. He went above and beyond to get the house prepared for the sale, constantly balancing improvements that would aid in the sale while also being considerate of our budget. The final staging of the house was beyond what we could have imagined and the way that Chuck's team set up and photographed the house were obviously all part of the quick and successful sale. Chuck guided us through setting a list price and his advice was valuable. We had two weekends of Open Houses and many interested buyers, we know this success is due to Chuck's contacts, blog, and knowledge of the area. He was in constant communication with us through the whole process. We received multiple offers above list price on the first day we accepted offers and we were very happy with the final price we accepted. Selling a home remotely is not always easy, but Chuck made this as smooth as possible for us.

Six years later, when we were ready to buy our forever home in a different part of the Peninsula, Chuck was again there to help us. We took our time to get a feeling for a number of different properties and neighborhoods. Chuck was patient and understanding as we explored different possibilities. When the time came, Chuck negotiated hard on our behalf, and he helped us to get the best possible price. One of Chuck's many strengths is his reputation among other agents, and I have no doubt that helped him seal the deal for us in a long and difficult negotiation.

Chuck is a consummate professional. While easygoing and down to earth, he applies his keen sense of metrics to leverage the best opportunity for sale. To say Chuck knows the market is an understatement. We moved quickly out of state and literally handed the keys over and walked away. We knew we were in very good hands. He listened carefully to our needs and goals. He collaborates with an excellent team of contractors and staging designers. The quality of pre-sale prep and decorating was stunning.
