I don't come here often, but in the times that I have, I always find what I need. This evening, I was in the market for pork steaks, and they have a huge selection of animal proteins. The meat counter, "carneceria," is located at the rear of the store. They also have an area that sells hot foods. I haven't checked it out yet, but I will.
I recently had a shopping experience at El Bajio Market. Unfortunately, the encounter was less than satisfactory. As soon as I entered, the cashier seemed judgmental, making me feel unwelcome. To add to the discomfort, she rudely instructed me to put my backpack where she could hold it.
While complying, I noticed she left it easily exposed, creating a security risk. This lack of consideration for customers’ belongings was concerning. Additionally, I found the store to be overly priced, which added to the overall dissatisfaction with my shopping experience.
I believe customer service is a crucial aspect of any retail environment, and I hope the store can address these issues to create a more welcoming and secure atmosphere for shoppers in the future.
