It was clean and the employees were nice and helpful. The food was fine, nothing special, just what you'd expect from an El Pollo Loco.

I have reviewed Pollo Loco in the past in general. This time I will be more specific to this particular Pollo Loco and my experience there. Pollo Loco is one of those fast food places where, really, you can't go wrong, no matter what you order. Most of the food is much healthier too, at a fair price. On most of my trips to PL I favored the inexpensive $5.00 combos. Today, I decided to go healthier. I ordered the Double Chicken Avocado Salad and it was delicious. In addition, nice to see staff cleaning tables between customers, keeping the place Covid safe. All in all, a good experience. My combo (I added a large drink) only cost me $10.00 and some change.

Tried Legs & Thights special deal for $15.50 (before tax) here but compare to other EPL, here’s L&T are way skinnier than other locations.
Store was clean and employees are kind especially cashier that young guy was nice to all customers.
