With their self-order, you can't really select a special order. I wanted extra shredded chicken, but there wasn't an option for it. I had to call on a cashier to take my order.

Well,first of all my order was prepared wrong. I asked for no lettuce in my tacos and guess what,that's right,they put lettuce in my tacos. Which made them instant trash. I did not like that there was no one to take my order. I had to do it myself on their kiosk. Now,the crunchy chicken tacos were great therefore the three stars. So there you have it folks. I may or may not be going back to the crazy chicken 🐔

If you want customers to place their own orders and check themselves out, you need to offer them a discount. If not, make the actual employees who are on payroll do their job.
