Every time I have an appointment, the staff are simply the greatest with a friendly approachable attitude! I feel comfortable and always take my time to look at the amazing selection of glasses they have on the floor. I’ve recommended a couple of friends and they also have the same experience as I do! I've been going to El Portal Optometry for 4 year's now and they've always treated me and my family with respect and professionalism. The entire staff knows what they're doing and are very friendly. Mayra Morales is great, she's very helpful with every situation and follows up in a timely manner. This is why loyal customers keep returning to El Portal Opt, I drive from Norwalk because of these reasons.

I had a great experience at El Portal Optometry! The staff and optometrist were super attentive and made the whole visit feel personal. They have a beautiful selection of frames, and I found some styles I really loved. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for eye care or new glasses!
