Have never had a bad meal here. The servings are large even at lunch time. The service is great and the people are warm and friendly. The prices are the same as every other restaurant in the area. We drive over the mountain passes for a day drive so we can eat at El Porton's, takes us 2 1/2 hours. We make at least three trips a year and would be more if it wasn't for the winter weather. Can't wait for the next trip for lunch.

We are traveling from Arizona and came across this restaurant and decided to give it a shot. The food was great, with HUGE servings! The atmosphere was calming with a family-friendly environment. We are a family of 4 and with tip, we paid $90, not too bad considering the portion sizes and the taste. We would definitely recommend this place and would go back whenever we visit Yakima again.
