Based on reviews, and having checked out the exterior when I was in town, I wanted to make a reservation. The first person I spoke to said I'd have to call "a day or two" before I wanted to stay; then, when I called the day before, I was told I'd actually have to call at 11 am the morning of arrival. They have a strict "first come, first-served" policy, it seems. This strikes me as odd: why not simply have a no refund policy with a 24 (or 48) hour cutoff? As is, this puts me after the free-cancellation cutoff of any other place in town, so if I want a guaranteed room, I simply can't take a chance on them. Too bad.

Very comfortable and great rates. We were actually staying at the Budget saver, but we left Budget Saver because the manager there was unprofessional. They wouldn't give us our deposit back, so we checked in at a nicer motel. This is a little mom and pop motel and they are nice and accommodating. I will go back to this place.

Me and my family stayed for two months and it is the best place that we have ever stayed at. The owners are awesome. The rooms are quaint and cozy. The best rates. You can't beat that. Oh and the beds are amazing. I slept like a baby. The housekeepers don't bother you and the neighbors are quiet. The hot water stays hot and the towels are clean.
