BEWARE of parking scam. I had business in the SOTO building and asked the guard in that building what the process for parking is. He told me specifically to be sure to choose a space that had NO markings and to pay at the kiosk. I chose a spot that matched his description and paid. The kiosk did NOT produce a receipt. I come back to a $60 fine due to not having a parking receipt. Scam #1. I appeal it and they reduce the fine to $12 because I parked in the wrong spot. Scam #2 This is a place training doctors?
