I have been a loyal customer from the opening. The food is great. However, today I was in line just before 5pm. The lady at the window took the order of the people right in front of me. Their order included Mexican corn. They finished and I approached the window. The lady told me to hold on. She came out and turned the snack shack sign around then went back in. When I tried to order Mexican corn, just like the people in front of me, I was told the snack shack is closed at 5 pm and could not order the corn. It was 4:55 pm not 5 pm yet. This is absolutely terrible customer service to cut off a customer who was already in line. This unforgivable act of bad customer service has cost them a loyal customer. Better service will help keep them in business.
