El Tejocote restaurant

It was my first and last time ever eating here. We ordered two pupusas revuelta. Tasted like beans nd cheese only. we were given a small bag of rotten cortido. They barely gave any salsa de tomate. Will never return nd I do not recommend.

The fried chicken was dark, it seemed old. The asada plate, looked like al pastor and lots of "pellejo", as soon as you open the tortillas, they get hard as rock. Do not come and waste your money!!!

I just wanna share that every single time I’ve gotten food from here. The flavors are just delicious. The guacamole is out of this world. I have to say it’s not fine dining if that’s what you’re looking for, but if you’re looking for taste and quality of food, this is your place, my family lives in Orange County and every time they come to town this is the family dinner plan. The pupusas are our favorite. Good food for a good price.
