Elaine is wonderful. She helped my family and I sell our house and buy a new one in a challenging market with grace and commitment. Her knowledge of the challenges of military life helped us navigate the market and her kind personality made us feel comfortable along every step of the way. I have sold 5 homes and Elaine was by far the most detailed oriented throughout the entire sale process. She is very professional and listened to my concerns. Our price was dead on and she staged our house for a quick painless sale.
We got full asking price one day on the market. Her detail in photography and virtual tour gained us the exposure and marketing we needed.

Elaine is so freaking awesome!! She was with us through the sale of our home in Ridgefield. She communicated with our realtor there to help coordinate possible purchase on contingency in Poulsbo, gave us video tours of homes before we moved, gave us details on possible parcels to build on that we were interested in, and went with us to homes to pick items for a new build, just to turn around and show us the already built home we eventually bought. She handled our frustrations and worries and constant inability to decide to build or to buy an existing home with ease. Elaine was always available by text or email if we ever needed something. She is so easy to work with and she is a wonderful human and the best realtor in the Poulsbo area in my opinion. HANDS DOWN!
